📦 Returns
At this time, thestrandstory does not accept returns on any products or services once a purchase has been completed.
We encourage all customers to read product descriptions carefully and reach out with any questions before placing an order.
💸 Refunds
All sales are final and non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued in the following exceptional cases:
- You received a product that is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
If either case applies, you must:

- Provide your order number and a clear photo or video showing the issue

If a refund is approved:

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

- Items must be unused and in original packaging for any claims to be considered
- Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted
