📦 Returns

At this time, thestrandstory does not accept returns on any products or services once a purchase has been completed.

We encourage all customers to read product descriptions carefully and reach out with any questions before placing an order.

💸 Refunds

All sales are final and non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued in the following exceptional cases:

  • You received a product that is damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item

If either case applies, you must:

  2. Provide your order number and a clear photo or video showing the issue

Once we verify the issue, we will offer a suitable resolution — which may include a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.

⏳ Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging for any claims to be considered
  • Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted
  • We reserve the right to refuse refund or replacement requests if the issue is not due to our fault
